One Antique French Pink Sapphire Diamond 18k Yellow Gold Silver Cocktail Ring. Featuring one oval mixed cut pink sapphire weighing approximately 1.00 carat. Accented by seven old mine cut diamonds and one round brilliant cut diamond with a total weight of approximately 0.75 carats, graded near colorless, VS-SI clarity. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with a silver top with French hallmarks. Circa 1860 with shank replaced later. The ring is a size 8 ¾ and may be resized.
