Featuring one GIA octagonal step cut purple-pink sapphire of 2.14 carats, accompanied with GIA #1226641323 stating the sapphire is of Madagascar origin and has no indications of heat treatments. Accented by 30 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 1.40 carats, graded near-colorless, VS-SI clarity. Crafted in 18 karat white gold. Circa 2000. The ring is a size 7 and may be resized.
