One Vintage Piaget Swiss Diamond 18k Yellow Gold Leather Wristwatch. Featuring 157 single cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 3.50 carats, graded in mounting as F color, VS clarity. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and leather signed Piaget with Swiss hallmarks and purity marks. The longer lower part of the leather strap has been replaced. Circa 1980. The watch fits 7 to 8 ½ inch wrists.
