One Vintage Austrian Sapphire Diamond 18k Yellow Gold Three Stone Ring. Featuring one oval mixed cut sapphire weighing approximately 1.20 carats. Accented by two round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of approximately 0.40 carat, graded I color, SI clarity. Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with Austrian hallmarks and Paul Toch makers mark. Circa 1980. The ring is a size 8 and may be resized.
